Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Although this article on the BBC website suggests Recycling is king, the hierarchy puts it firmly in third place.  Recycling is however, probably the easiest for Woking locals to take action on with the doorstep recycling service.  Readers will understand the dilema of throwing away (or recycling) a broken gadget because repair is beyond our own skills or knowledge and the economics of repair are such that replacement (we are told) is best!  Perhaps there is something that can be done to follow the example in this article? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-22796798
