Dear Mrs Shaw,
We are writing to update you about changes to the myWaitrose scheme.
From Wednesday 23rd May we will no longer serve free hot drinks in our cafés. You will still be able to enjoy free hot drinks from our self-serve tea and coffee machines when you shop with us.
We would also like to let you know that as part of our commitment to reduce the amount of plastic and packaging we use, we will be removing takeaway coffee cups from all our
stores by autumn 2018.
We are still delighted to offer you a free hot drink when you shop with us, but would kindly ask you to bring in your own reusable cup once this change comes into effect. We’ll notify you at the self-serve tea and coffee machine in your local store when this will happen.
