Rivers Week :Hoe Stream -Woking. We are looking for volunteers for an event on 26th September 2019.

We are seeking volunteers to join a river clean up event on Thursday 26th September working to help clean up the Hoe stream. The event is in conjunction with Woking Borough Council and Surrey Wildlife Trust. The meeting point is opposite the entrance to Woking leisure centre. Meet up time is between 9.30am and 10 am and end time is around 4pm.Stopping for a lunch break at 12.30pm. Surrey Wildlife Trust will provide waders, life vests, and gloves. If you have your own please feel free to bring them.

Volunteers are asked to assist with clearing undergrowth and habitat improvement. Anybody interested please email Alex Jones on Alex.Jones@woking.gov.uk to book a place.
