Our Sunday work party cleared up the laurel which was cut down on the previous work party day. The brash and logs were piled up in separate piles which we hope will be beneficial to wildlife. There is now plenty of light in the areas covered which will in time allow other native species to grow unaffected by laurel. Our picture shows our approved chain saw user, Jonathon, cutting up a downed laurel ready to be piled.
