Happy New Year to everyone. We had a good year during 2021 despite the Covid restrictions early on. We plan to start this year’s programme at St John’s Lye next Wednesday the 12th of January and then on Sunday 16th of January. Both sessions will start at 10.00 and finish at 13.00. We will be tidying up the area we have recently been working in. This will involve cutting up brash and stacking larger logs. We will also burn some of the waste.
We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible to clear this area so that we can then move onto other assaignments. The work area is just past the small bridge on the tarmac road up to the pedestrian bridge over the railway.Please bring your own flasks and gloves. Suggest wearing either boots or wellingtons due to possible wet terrain.
